Return conditions

The Legislative Decree no. 21/2014 (amending the Consumer Code) provides for the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Article 52 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005).

The consumer has the right to withdraw from any sales contract within 14 calendar days from the day the customer received the products.

Step 1: Formalization of the return request

Log into your account by entering your e-mail and password. Enter the Purchase History section, select the order and click on Request Return. Your return request will be handled by the Daibike staff who will contact you via email to define the details of the return.

Step 2: Prepare the package

Once the return has been agreed, prepare the package. Make sure to pack the products well to ensure they are not damaged in transit. Please send us the product in the original box (without sticking tape, tape or adhesive labels on the original box) and with all labels, warranty sheets, manuals, CDs, etc. (if any).

Step 3: Send the package

Send the package to the DAIBIKE Srl Warehouse, at Neon Srl Contrada Pantano Basso 2 - 86039 Termoli (CB) Italy

Step 4: Get your refund

As soon as the package arrives and is checked, we will send you an e-mail and, if the product is in perfect condition, we will confirm the refund of the amount paid. Remember that it is possible that reimbursement times can reach up to 15 working days. Remember that if you want to change the product for a different one, you will have to place a new order and pay the shipping costs again.
